We have been thinking about you a lot lately, and we want to know what we can be doing to better support you and your families through this uncertain and uneasy season of life.
If this is your first time here, welcome! My name is Lindsay and I‘m a proud Anthem resident and your local REALTOR® with the Wise Move AZ Team at Realty ONE Group. On our blog and YouTube Channel we typically have a lot of fun talking about all things Anthem and real estate, but this week we’re hitting the pause button to focus on what’s most important, you. I promise our posts aren’t usually this somber and serious.
That being said, if normally upbeat videos about all things Anthem and real estate, with a healthy mix of dry humor are your thing, then we would love to have you along for the ride, so consider subscribing to our YouTube Channel, and check back in with us each Thursday when we release our new videos.
To our Viewers and Subscribers…
As I mentioned at the top of this post, with everything that’s been going on, we have been thinking about you, our subscribers and viewers a lot. Over the years we have had the opportunity to meet and work with so many of you, as you picked up your lives from various parts of the country and world and made Anthem your new home. It’s always an honor and a privilege when we’re invited to be a part of that journey with you. We don’t take our role lightly.
We also know that there are many of you watching our videos and reading our blog posts who haven’t connected with us personally yet. Maybe you’re early in the process, maybe you’re unsure of where you’re going to move to, or maybe you’re not sure what your timeline is. Either way, whether we’ve met in person or not, know that you are in our thoughts and we are so grateful for you.
Business as Usual
As you know things are changing daily, if not hourly, with this coronavirus pandemic, so I have no doubt that between the time I record and share this video, some of the information will already be outdated. As I record this we are practicing social distancing because people we love and people you love may fall into the more vulnerable sectors of our population.
That being said, our plan is to continue business as usual, to the extent that we can, making modifications as needed to keep you, us, and our loved ones safe. This includes continuing to release weekly videos and blog posts. This is not because we’re insensitive or because we think you should hurry up and buy a house in the middle of a global pandemic. No, it’s not that at all. We will continue to release videos because we know they’re a valuable resource whether you’re hoping to move to Anthem next month or to retire in the Country Club in six years. We will continue to release videos because we want these resources to be available to you when you need them, and we want you to know that we’re here for you.
Fair warning though, we may need you to give us a little grace when it comes to putting together our videos. We may have a little trouble getting out to film footage of some things around Anthem that have temporarily closed, and so on. We have some really exciting video topics planned and we can’t wait to keep sharing them with you. We’ll make do with what we have and work on bringing you the best content we can during this time.
To our Clients…
At this moment we have clients in all stages of the buying process, some of you are facing uncertain closings in the next few weeks, some of you have your current home listed and are under pressure to find your new home fast, some of you are in a “mid-range” which means you want to move in the next few months and some are further out, from many months, to years.
For those of you who are in the closing stage we are working full out to make sure your closing happens on time and safely. For those of you who are under pressure to find your new home, we are previewing and offering virtual tours of homes that you may be interested in. This allows you to focus only on homes that may actually work for you. It also allows you to eliminate homes, without ever entering them, that simply don’t fit your lifestyle. Likewise, for our clients who are further out in their search, by using the preview option and virtual tours, we are successfully reducing exposure to uncertain and potentially unsafe environments.
We Want to Hear From YOU!
If you’ve been thinking about reaching out to us about an upcoming move but haven’t yet, we encourage you to feel comfortable to do it! We would love to hear from you and learn about your plans. There is so much work we can be doing from a distance to prepare for upcoming moves that doesn’t involve putting you or your family at risk.
So, as we all begin to adjust to our new and temporary normal, Carolynn and I would love it if you would do something for us. Would you answer one or all of the following questions for us?
- How are you doing?
- Is there anything you and your family need right now that we can help with?
- Is there anything specific that we can be praying for, for you and your family?
- What type of videos would be most helpful for you at this time?
Please let us know in the comments below or by email to Team@WiseMoveAZ.com. We love hearing from you, so please keep the comments, questions, phone calls and emails coming… because let’s be honest all this social distancing can get a little lonely. We’re here to serve you today, and every day, even when it looks a little bit different than normal!
Until next Thursday, stay healthy, safe, and sane!
