I recently bought a house and had BINSR compliance issues with the seller. Things were going south with the seller – I was two weeks post-closing and the A/C was marginal at best (working every three days). Basically the seller got it fixed enough to get past the final walk-through then it failed.
I was working with my realtor but in asking around I found out that one of my friends also had BINSR issues and that Carolynn helped them out in a major way. So I called her in to help add firepower to my side. My friends said that she really went to bat for them and also had a background in law, which happens to be a good thing in a dispute as this.
