Welcome back to the 9th post in our “Frequently Asked Questions about Anthem” blog (and video) series.
Today’s question is: “Is Anthem a Gated Community?”
To answer that question, you need to know that Anthem is made up of several different neighborhoods. Some are gated, and some are not. Most homes in Anthem are not squirreled away behind gates but in true Anthem manner, we have something for everyone, gates, guards, and no gates, we have it all!
Our gated communities are:
- Anthem Country Club, which has over 2,800 homes. Residents of Anthem Country Club have access to exclusive amenities like two golf courses, private tennis courts, pools, clubhouses, restaurants and so much more. Anthem Country Club has two gated and guarded entrances plus two gated but unguarded entrances. Members need to have a pass to get through all gates and visitors can only use the two guarded entrances and must check-in. To gain entry visitors must have permission from a resident and all actions of the visitor once inside Anthem Country Club are the responsibility of the resident who granted access. INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPEEDING TICKETS!
- The Landing, which is a small private area within Anthem Parkside. Residents have a pass that will open the unguarded gates for them and visitors need a code and/or permission from a resident to gain access. The Landing does not have separate amenities exclusive to the enclosed area.
- The Village, which houses 210 condominium units all of which have access to private amenities such as a pool, spa, community grills and a fitness center. Residents have a pass that will open the unguarded gates for them and visitors need a code and/or permission from a resident to gain access.
In addition to the separate amenities offered within each of the gated neighborhoods, all residents have access to the amenities open to all Anthem residents, including the Community Center, the aquatics park (where Big Splash Water Park is located!), the fitness center (including a rock wall!) and so on.
