So, we have to be completely honest with you. When it comes to hotels in Anthem, you might be surprised to hear that we actually only have ONE… That being said, it is a great hotel with some awesome amenities. So let’s go take a quick look. The Hampton Inn is part of the Hilton family. This hotel has 76 rooms, a business center, great meeting rooms (if you have to work while you’re here), complimentary breakfast, a snack shop, a fitness room, and a pool that’s perfect for cooling off on those hot Arizona days. Pets are permitted at this hotel, up to 25 lbs. If you’re anything like us, you don’t book any hotel without reading reviews first. Well good news! You can rest easy knowing that at the time we’re writing this, the Hampton Inn in Anthem has 4.5 stars with over 600 reviews on Trip Advisor – that sounds like a win to us!
Let’s be honest, you didn’t click on this blog post to hear that there’s only one place to stay when visiting Anthem. Luckily, we have other options for you!
If you are looking to stay in Anthem for an extended period of time, you can always reach out to a local REALTOR® (like us!). We’re always happy to see if there are any vacation rentals that suit your criteria.
If you’re not planning to stay for an extended period of time and the Hampton Inn isn’t your thing, you definitely want to check out sites like AirBnB and VRBO. At any given time Anthem has a number of options available to suit your needs. We went online at the time we were putting this blog post together and had a look at some of the options available, just to give you an idea!
Let’s take a look at AirBnB first. Based on the search criteria we set there were 17 places available, with an average price of $122 per night. There were two that caught our eye; the first was a comic book themed casita… HELLO, who doesn’t want a comic book themed casita all to themselves?! This one is an average of $41 per night. The other one that caught our eye as we were scrolling was an entire 6 bedroom house that can sleep up to 14 guests for an average of $468 per night. Those are just a couple of options and new places are popping up on AirBnB all the time!
Next let’s take a quick look at VRBO, which stands for Vacation Rentals by Owners. For the same dates I plugged in on AirBnB there are 8 properties available in Anthem and they say that’s only 19% of the properties they usually have available. So, people are obviously booking and enjoying the properties they find on sites like AirBnB and VRBO! One that caught our eye here is a 1,700SF house that sleeps 6 with a HEATED pool for only $170/night.
