We all know that Anthem is an awesome community, those of us who live here already love it, but if you’re like me, you probably thought that our beautiful community was “finished” or completely built out by 2008. Not so! Come along with me as I give you a sneak peek of Anthem AZ’s new homes and its newest development: Circle Mountain.
In 2017 Pulte Homes and Lennar began development of a new area on the West side of the I-17, immediately North of what was formerly the Northern most border of Anthem.
The project, called Circle Mountain, has already been merged with Anthem and will add 202 homes by its expected completion date in 2019.
Pulte and Lennar have divided the project into two. Pulte builds the larger homes starting at 2,458 square feet and going up to over 3,500 square feet. They range in price from approximately $360,000 to over $400,000, plus, of course, any upgrades to the basic models. Pulte homes range from 3 all the way up to 7 bedrooms.
Lennar builds the smaller homes, ranging in size from 1,800 to almost 3,000 square feet and priced from approximately $300,000 to to $355,000 plus, of course, any upgrades to the basic models. The Lennar homes in Circle Mountain have 4-5 bedrooms.
Circle Mountain is clearly still under construction, but there are plenty of homes already built and, as I write this blog post, over 80 homes have been sold and many are already occupied!

I was able to tour three show homes during my visit to Circle Mountain and have some great video footage of what you can expect if you decide that Circle Mountain is a must-see option for you. As you can see, these homes are gorgeous, impeccably designed and decorated with plenty of attention to detail and with so many options, they are hard to resist. The plans are open concept with thoroughly modern attention to livability, comfort and convenience. All homes are pre-wired smart homes that afford you the flexibility to be as high tech as you want to be.
