For those of you who are joining us for the first time, WELCOME, we’re thrilled you’re here and hope that you’ll stick around.
Our question today is: “What is the average home size in Anthem?” We get this question a lot, but the answer is not as obvious as it seems. Or maybe the right response is that the straight out mathematical calculation is not as helpful as it might seem.
Anthem is a collection of neighborhoods that have very different characteristics. The broad categories are:
- Anthem Parkside: The largest neighborhood in Anthem in area and population.
- The Village: A condominium only neighborhood
- Anthem Country Club: The gated/guarded portion of Anthem within which the two golf courses are located
So, rather than give you overarching figures for all of Anthem, we thought it would be more helpful to break the numbers down by neighborhood.
Average home size in Anthem, AZ by neighborhood:
Anthem Parkside | The Village | Anthem Country Club | |
Smallest Home |
1,000 sq.ft. |
874 sq.ft. |

It is interesting that as between Anthem Parkside and Anthem Country Club there is no difference in size between the smallest homes but a more than a 1,000 sq. ft. difference in size at the larger home level . Of course the numbers are smaller in the Village, they are that way by design and intention.
We hope you find these numbers interesting, enlightening or at least helpful. We sure did!
