The Village at Anthem
The Village is one-of-a-kind here in Anthem. It is the only gated condominium neighborhood in Anthem, and it’s located right in the heart of Anthem Parkside East.
Number of Homes
This neighborhood is made up of 210 units.
Never Ending Amenities
Another thing that makes this neighborhood unique is that landscaping is overseen by the Village at Anthem Condominium Council of Co-Owners… try saying that 5 times fast. Nah, let’s just go with it’s abbreviated name, the VACCC. If you like the idea of owning your own home but don’t want to be bothered with mowing the lawn or cutting back trees, the Village might be the perfect place for you. The VACCC does an incredible job of maintaining beautiful, communal space for residents to use and enjoy throughout the neighborhood.
Did you know that the Village at Anthem ALSO has their own private amenities including a pool, spa, community grill and a fitness center? These are in addition to having access to all of Anthem’s fabulous amenities. HELLO! Talk about amenities, on amenities, on amenities.
Access
Residents must purchase key cards for access to the private amenities and gate fobs for access to the community.
Rent vs. Own
The Village has a mix of owner-occupied homes and rentals, so whether you’re looking to buy or rent, this exclusive Anthem neighborhood has something for you!
Size of Homes
The condos in the Village range in size from 1,204 sf to 1,617 sf. The average size is roughly 1,300 sf. There are a few different floor plans, so if you decide The Village at Anthem is the perfect neighborhood for you, I am sure you’ll find a floor plan that suits your needs.
Prices
So far in 2019 the sales prices have ranged from $168,000 to $223,900, with an average sale price of roughly $195,000.
HOA Fees
If you are looking to buy in The Village, you’ll want to know that, at the time I’m writing this, the HOA fees are $915.30 per quarter, which works out to $305.10 per month. This includes access to all of Anthem’s amazing amenities as well as those private amenities I mentioned earlier. Where is it?
Are you wondering where The Village is and what’s nearby? The Village is right in the heart of Anthem at 42424 N Gavilan Peak Pkwy. Within less than a mile you’ll find a grocery store, a bank, restaurants, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, and so much more, including the famous Anthem Community Park, Anthem Veteran’s Memorial, and Community Center.
